General Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds and laboratory materials, LCpeptides.ca does not accept returns or standard refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

All sales are considered final.

This policy ensures product integrity, safety, and proper handling of research materials.

Customer Satisfaction

While returns are not accepted, LCpeptides.ca values customer satisfaction.

If a customer is not satisfied with their order, we encourage them to contact our support team. In certain situations, we may offer solutions such as:

• Store credit

• Partial refunds

• Discounts on future orders

These resolutions are offered at the discretion of LCpeptides.ca and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged during shipping, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process the claim, customers must provide:

• Clear photos of the damaged package

• Photos of the damaged product(s)

• The shipping label and packaging

Once verified, LCpeptides.ca may provide a replacement or refund for the affected items.

Orders Lost Due to Our Error

If an order is lost due to an error on our part (for example incorrect packaging, labeling, or shipping mistakes), LCpeptides.ca will:

• Reship the order at no cost, or

• Issue a full refund

Incorrect Address Provided by Customer

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If a package is lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, LCpeptides.ca may offer to reship the order for 50% of the original order cost to cover additional shipping and handling.

Shipping Issues

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. However, we will always assist customers in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.
